Top 3 ways to keep DOGS cool this Summer

While summer can be fun it can wreak havoc on your pet’s health.  As a  pet owner it is important to know that the summer months can be very dangerous for our pets. We sometimes forget the the health and well-being of our pets is very crucial to pay attention to. 

Like humans, dogs can also suffer from heatstroke in the summer nights. However, when it comes to dogs in the heat they can suffer a fatal heatstroke within minutes. 

Dogs can’t sweat through their skin and so they rely on panting and releasing heat through their paw pads and nose to regulate their body temperature and keep cool. Imagine wearing a cashmere coat on a hot summer’s day and you will understand why dogs succumb to heatstroke so easily.

Signs of heatstroke in dogs include collapse, excessive panting, and dribbling.

If you suspect your pet is suffering from the condition, move them to a cool place, preferably with a draught, wet their coat with cool - not freezing - water, and contact your vet immediately.

Once a dog shows signs of heatstroke the damage is often already done, which is why it’s so important to prevent it.

With Summer finally arriving, new opportunities are blossoming in this beautiful sunny weather. Everyone loves to have fun and enjoy life. When you think of a hobby it is something you like to do when you are not working. Why not get paid for something that you really love and enjoy doing? The most successful people are doing something they love, so why can't you?

I want to show you how to make money from a hobby. Yes, that includes travelling or making money playing games.

That fact of the matter is you can make money from almost anything if you have the correct business model behind it.

1. Investing in Dividend Stocks
Investing is one of the most important financial skills you need to learn no matter how old you are. Investing can be used as a long term tool as passive income.

ETFs are investment funds that hold assets such as stocks, commodities and bonds, but they trade like stocks. 3. Travelling Travelling is by far is my favorite hobby in the entire world. You get a free trip and the company gets free exposure. It's a win/win for both parties.

If you have a passion for making custom clothes then why not showcase your passion for fashion. Sewing is kind of similar to making crafts because you are making the design for profit. Think of your popular brands you might like, like Louis Vuitton or Veracse. The designers all had to start somewhere. That is why if you really love designing your wordrobe why not make money as well. You can check out sites like etsy.com which specializes in small sellers who sell homemade designs.

6. Making Crafts

Bring your Do IT YOURSELF (D.I.Y) project and turn it into a money making machine. If you like expensive things like me sometimes you have to fake it to you make it. Or make cute decorations for holidays on a budget.
Most people today want something that is one of a kind where they can't find it anywhere else. Like for our example sewing, Etsy is also a great platform for people who are creative and making crafts.

7. Recipe Making You don't have to be the best cook to have a great recipe. Everyone has a different palette when it comes to eating good food. Why not get paid for it?

When looking for a new receipe I love following various Youtube Channels and Instgramers who share delicious food because I know I would want to cook it one day.  

One of my favorite food instagrammers that I follow would have to be CookwithDena she just makes cooking Palestinian cuisine so easy.

8. Web Design
When it comes to web design many people think you need to have exceptional coding experience. That is why sites like Canva.com and wix.com make it easy for beginners to create a full website with easy to use widgets. After you have mastered making sites that you love, you can start charging people to use your website design as their personal sites.
